How to stay motivated 2nd principle.๐Ÿ‘

"The quality of your thinking determines the quality of your life."

The second principle to stay motivated is eyes on prize ๐Ÿ™‚, if you haven’t seen the first, you can click here

2) Eyes on prize:
Imagine๐Ÿค”, if I keep a log thick wooden stick on the ground and ask you to walk on that stick, you will easily walk on that stick and cross it.
But if I keep that same wooden stick between two buildings on the 20th floor, and then ask you to cross that stick, then doing this would become really hard for you, you will be afraid of doing that and there is a lot of chances that you even fall from that wooden stick.
Why?
Because the focus is everything. When the wooden stick was on the ground at that time your focus was on that particular stick and on crossing that stick,
But when that same wooden stick with the same physics was kept between two buildings, your focus shifts from that stick to the fear of falling down, and this shifting of focus becomes like an actual reason for your falling down.
Similarly, the reason for your lack of motivation is, instead of keeping your focus on achievement and success which you will get by doing hard work you shift it to problems, worries, and failure, and negative things.
This eventually decreases our motivation and makes us fall before crossing or completing our goals๐Ÿคท‍♀️.
Hence, try to keep your focus on particular rewards and success which you will get by doing hard work and avoid focusing on failure and negative things.
Sandeep Maheshwari (Naam to suna hi hoga๐Ÿ˜‚) says ,to be happy and successful is a hard thing, but if you enjoy the process of achieving your goals, you will no longer focus on whether your successful or failed terribly.๐Ÿ™‚

So enjoy the process. That will be all for today. The rest principles are on the way๐Ÿ˜’. I will be posting a new blog after every 2 days. If you have any problems or questions leave them in the comments below๐Ÿ˜. Hope you all like this. See you all soon with some other useless stuff๐Ÿ˜œ. Until then keep spreading happiness๐Ÿ˜„ and take care.
