Raise your hand 🙋♀️if at least ones it has happened to you when you have seen any motivational video or movie or blog or post, etc., and after seeing it, you must have felt really very motivated😃 and boosted and made a decision that from now on "I will do a lot of hard work and will achieve a lot."
But next or after a few days, your entire motivation must have gone somewhere and 🥴welcome back to your old routines😅. I have been there.😜
This is one of the common and biggest problems faced by most people. So, here I’m to get you out of the crowd😎, I will share 7 principles, which will help you for your self-motivation, which are from the book “10 ways to motivate yourself -change your life forever” written by Steve Chandler.
After understanding these principles, hopefully, you’ll learn to motivate yourself which will be beneficial for you in your entire life.👍
1) Limited-offer:
In many games like cricket🏏, football⚽, etc. a specific time limit⏳ has been provided to all the players and asked them to play and make a score in that limited time⏳, and after a particular time, the game will be ended. So, players try to give their best performance in that given time so that they can score well and can win that match🏆.
Now, imagine🤔, if they haven’t given a time limit🕜 and they were asked to play as much as they can or want and were not inform about the overs and about the time limit.
So what do you think, will that players play with the same energy, enthusiasm, power, and intensity?
Obviously not, if they feel that they have a lot of time and they can play whenever they want and because of this reason their motivation and focus will start fading.
The same thing happens with us, most people live their life as if it will never end🙁, they feel like they have a lot of time and they can do work later, and keep on procrastinating their important works. But the bitter reality is, we have limited time, and we have forgotten that and we are wasting our time. It’s the truth guys🤷♀️, you have to accept the reality and understand that you have to achieve your dreams and goal in a limited time. Otherwise, one day you’ll realize that you don’t have time and you can’t do anything to fulfill your dreams.

One day when he was traveling somewhere🚗, and suddenly [don’t assume an accident had happened🙄😒]. A woman came and asked him to say some words which can motivate her, so Gary told her “YOU WILL DIE”, after listening to this the woman got offended🤨, but after listening to the explanation she understood.
The meaning for that was, we need to accept that we have a very limited time⏳ and whatever goals we want to achieve in this life.
We have to start taking the action for it from now onwards without wasting a single second.
