March wrap up

Hello there smartsouls, how have you been? I'm great as always. In today's blog post, I will share the books, movies, and webtoons I discovered in March.

So, let's begin:

Books:

Night Sky with Exit Wounds by Ocean Vuong

It's an 89-page-long poetry collection about Vuong's life and his traumatic experiences. It's short, sweet, and heart-wrenching. There were a few poems that were heart-touching. If you like poetry collections and are looking for a recommendation, go for Night Sky with Exit Wound. I promise you will love it.

As a man thinketh  by James Allen

I personally, think that this book is overrated. For those of you who don't know, this is a self-help book that talks about the power of thought and how it affects our life. If you are a beginner, then you will love it, but if you have been reading self-help books for quite a long then this book doesn't give anything new to you.

I love you, call me back by Sabrina Benaim

It's a 144-page-long poetry collection that deals with mental health, loneliness, etc. It's amazing. I love it *****.

Allah Loves by Omar Suleman

This book gives us an outline of what Allah loves, and what we can do in order to be loved by Allah. It's practical and simple to understand.

Crouched in the Corner by Arshiya Sultana

It's a 52-poems collection written by Arshiya (Uhhm-Me). It deals with self-harm, imposter syndrome, etc. I absolutely loved it *****.

Movies:

Atlantis: The lost empire (2001)

A young linguist Milo joins a group of explorers to discover the mysterious lost continent of Atlantis. It is one of my favorite Disney animated movies. It is so underrated, Idk why.

Webtoons:

The Greatest Estate Developer:

It is about a civil engineering student Suho Kim, who falls asleep reading a novel and wakes up as a character in the book. Suho uses his engineering knowledge to help avert the terrible future that lies ahead. It's funny, smart, and overall, mind-blowing. Thanks to my friend who recommended this one to me, I owe you one!

That will be all for today. Do let me know what you discovered in March. Hope to see you soon, hopefully, before April wrap up. I also have a youtube channel, where I post videos related to books, do check that out as well. Click here
