Hi, there beautiful earthlings. As we all SHOULD know anger is a very disastrous emotion but you might not know it's good as well, like I mentioned in this blog post here everything present in this universe is both good as well as bad.
So, today let's ride our cool roller-coaster into the world of anger and know the following:
1st stop) What is anger?
Anger is a basic human emotion that we all experience at some point in our lives.
Every person's anger is unique. like, some earthlings are short-tempered while some rarely get angry.
2nd stop)Why is anger harmful?
I, myself have lost many friends and great people because of anger. Lost in the sense they don't wanna be with me, it's not like I killed them.
Anger is nobody's friend. Until we realize, it destroys everything.
It also causes
#Guilt.
#Depression and Stress.
#You lose people(awkward*)
#Destroys our inner peace.
#Make great mistakes.
many more and also physical pain not only for ourselves but also to the people around us.
3rd stop)How to control your anger?
Before that, lemme say(type) this, anger can be controlled and also has to be controlled. Some people believe that, that's just the way they are and they won't change. They believe that they haven't done anything wrong then why should they control anger. Now you might not realize it but one day you will and you will regret it.
Every earthling's anger is unique in its own way, try to find a way that makes you cool down for at least a few seconds. That's the best way out. Many people suggest to ignore but we just can't. Here are some ways that work for most people, try it at least once. You won't regret it.
#Eat or drink something. (I drink water)
#deep breaths
#Why are you angry? ask yourself.
#Isolate yourself for few seconds.
#Look at the big picture. Try to understand the situation.
Lemme clear this, I'm not saying you to never angry in your life, I'm just saying to control it. As it may lead to physical damage as well, in the worst scenario you might hurt the one you care for and then regret your whole life.
4th stop) How is anger good?
We usually get angry when we are hurt or humiliated or misunderstood.
So, it's okay to be angry and explain to others that you are hurt.
Anger is also a basic requirement for survival. Anger makes us fight and some fights are worth fighting.
Anger is good only if it protects you or something that you deem to protect.
But be selective in your battles, sometimes peace is better than being right.
