Gratitude is the feeling of thankfulness and appreciation for people, places, movements, and everything.  

It is something that turns what we have into enough and even more than enough.


In simple words, it’s kinda emotion to be thankful for things that we already have rather than dragooning us towards what’s currently out of reach.



HOW TO PLANT THE GRATITUDE SEED?

It’s very simple, take a few minutes and try to remember a compliment that someone gave you or a friend who helped you and reflect upon these things.

It’s not rocket science. These things that you know and had brought a smile on your face. These things can be used to plant the seed of gratitude.

  2. It decreases anxiety and depression.

  3. It improves self-esteem.

  4. It improves mental health.
